Ajahn Brahm is coming to Poland!

Don’t miss your chance to meet Ajahn Brahm, a world-renowned Buddhist teacher celebrated for his wit, wisdom, and down-to-earth approach to the Dhamma. He will be the keynote speaker at the 13th Global Conference on Buddhism, taking place in Poland in November 2026.

This is a historic opportunity to meet Ajahn Brahm in person, as well as many world-renowned monks and nuns, and to experience the depth of the Dhamma teachings conveyed during the conference.

We have divided this event into TWO PARTS:

FIRST PART

On Friday evening, November 6th, 2026, we will organize a “Meeting with Ajahn Brahm,” during which Ajahn Brahm, author of bestselling books such as “Who Ordered This Truckload of Dung?: Inspiring Stories for Welcoming Life’s Difficulties”, “Mindfulness, Bliss, and Beyond: A Meditator’s Handbook”, and “The Art of Disappearing,” will lead a special meditation and Dhamma talk for us. This will be a unique opportunity to be with our teacher, who inspires millions of people around the world, helping them find inner peace and happiness.

SECOND PART

On Saturday and Sunday, November 7-8th, 2026, the XIII Global Conference on Buddhism will take place in Poland. It will be attended by numerous guests from Poland and abroad, with a diverse and distinguished group of international speakers, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist, highlighting the significant role that Buddhism is beginning to play in Poland nowadays. The “Theravada” Foundation, which has been promoting the teachings of early Buddhism and Theravada in Poland for years, is pleased to invite all those interested to a meeting like never before in Poland! Ajahn Brahm and the BSWA have agreed to organize the XIII Global Conference on Buddhism in our country. This is a recurring conference dedicated to broadly understood Buddhism in the world, exceptionally taking place in Europe for the first time.

The funds raised on 4fund.com will cover the cost of renting the conference venue and airplane tickets for all members of the Buddhist monastic order and lay speakers, as well as all accommodation and catering costs for special guests. Therefore, we ask all those who want to help us realize this conference in Poland to support us with a donation. Any financial assistance will be very valuable. The Foundation is a non-profit organization and does not charge any fees for participation in the conference, so we have decided on an innovative solution.
