Get Involved in Organizing
We need your help! Help us by actively participating in the organizational work!
Volunteering
During the conference and the “meeting with Ajahn Brahm,” we will need the help of many volunteers!
We anticipate several thousand attendees, so we will need people to assist guests and conference participants with communication, distributing refreshments, helping monks and nuns, ensuring safety, and the smooth running of the event. Those who volunteer will undergo a quick verification and receive guidelines, and will also be able to participate in online organizers meetings before the conference.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to be close to the speakers during the conference, assist them, and will also receive free lunches provided by us for our special guests. Gratitude from the organizers and improving your “karma” are also part of the compensation for your help.
If you would like to participate in the conference as a volunteer, please make a donation on zrzutka.pl/4fund.com and after receiving your conference invitation, email us to inquire about volunteering: wolontariat@Buddha2026.org
We will send you a short qualification questionnaire.
Conference Topics
If you would like to help us choose the appropriate topics to be discussed during the conference, here are a few steps to do so:
Think of a topic that interests you most, something you have always wanted to ask a monk or nun. Write down this question, concisely, in a few words. Remember that the topic should be consistent with the main theme of the conference. Below are a few examples for inspiration: “What exactly is Nibbāna and why do we need it?”, “AI technology vs. Buddhist monasticism – what is the purpose of the Sangha of monks and nuns?”, “Early Buddhism vs. Theravada – what is the true message of the Buddha?”, “What is jhāna, is it necessary, and how to achieve it?”, “Reaching the Buddhist goal – do we have a choice between a pleasant and a painful path?”.
Once you have come up with one topic and believe it is the most important in your opinion, email us and clearly state your question/topic for discussion at the conference in the email body. EVERYONE can send us a question proposal; you do not have to be a donor to do so. Send us an email to: tematy@Buddha2026.org
Our team will review your proposals. We reserve the right to select your best suggestions. We will announce our selection here and on our social media channels in due course.
Thank you for your help! May this conference make the Dhamma, the Buddha’s teachings, even better known and practiced in Poland, so that we can ultimately free ourselves from suffering and experience, even in this life, some of the happiness associated with liberation. May all beings be happy, may they be well, may they be peaceful, may they be equanimous, may they be liberated! Sādhu, sādhu, sādhu!
